His involvement in the Agile community, including as a co-creator and signatory of various Agile Manifestos, influenced TEBL’s dynamic and flexible approach, designed to adapt to rapid business changes. With his background in Marketing and Technology Project Management at Major Corporations and his Graduate Research in Business and Educational Technology at Concordia University, Professor Hormaza Dow crafted TEBL’s curriculum to combine English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Occupational Purposes (EOP). Since its launch, TEBL has gained traction in Organizations and in Private Tutoring for Executives, evolving continuously to meet modern Business Needs for the Real World.
